Newcastle Emlyn<\/strong>, some 3 miles away is a traditional old market town on the meandering River Teifi, with an excellent choice of shops including antique, craft and book shops, a weekly life-stock market where you can observe the auctioneers selling the animals and the ruins of the only Welsh stone castle in the region, probably founded circa 1240.<\/p>\n
