Gwaun Cottage Access Statement

• Detached, studio cottage all at ground floor level.
• Enclosed front patio area measuring 960cm x 310cm with gated entrance. The front entrance door is 90cm wide & 181cm high with a raised threshold of 7cm.
• On entering the cottage the kitchen area is on the left hand side. All units and working surfaces are at the standard height of 90cm and the dining table is 76cm high. The gas oven includes a grill, which is waist level height of 90cm. The floor at this end of the cottage is laid with cushion flooring. Moving to the bedroom area of the cottage, which is carpeted and contains the 4’6” double bed with approximately 84cm of space on either side, with two armchairs arranged in front of the wood-burning stove. Leading off from the sitting area is the bathroom. The bathroom door measures 76cm wide & 102cm high and opens into the bathroom which measurers 235cm x 117cm. The bathroom contains a ¾ sized bath with shower over, standard WC and counter top basin measuring 82cm in height.  The floor area is laid with cushion flooring.
